Webcast Service Provider for Organisational Learning Conference 2009

Organisational Learning Conference 2009 Thriving in Complexity: Learning Across Boundaries was held at Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre on 3 to 4 March 2009 and organized by Civil Service College.

In an increasingly complex and unpredictable world, organizations need to master new ways of thinking and working to survive and succeed into the futures.

• Understand complexity and how it impacts organisations and individuals
• Discover Organisational Learning (OL) principles and tools that help organisations and individuals thrive in complexity
• Deepen insights and change our perspectives about learning to work across boundaries
• Learn from organisations that have effectively responded to complexity through OL

The Guest of Honour for the Organisational Learning Conference 2009 is Mr Lim Swee Say, Minister, Prime Minister's Office, Secretary-General, National Trades Union Congress.

Dr Sohail Inayatullah delivered the Keynote Address on the topic "The Futures of Organisations and Institutions: the Public Service in Transition or Transformation".

The other two keynote speakers were:
Mr Joseph Grenny, New York Times Bestselling business author, dynamic speaker and business results expert in Leadership, Influence, and Communication.

Dr Daniel H. Kim, Renowned thinker, author, and speaker in the fields of systems thinking and organisational learning.

Mr Joseph Grenny presented the topic "Influencer: The Power to Change Anything" and Dr Daniel H. Kim spoke on the topic "The 3rd Generation Transformation Challenge".
