1. What is an iEVENT service?

iEVENT is a new media communication and webcasting services provided by Jupiter Innovations, that allow companies, deliver their message with ease via the Internet to thousand of participants either live or pre-recorded through a customised audience interface that incorporate your corporate brand. Our webcasting solution includes audio and video streaming, synchronised presentation material and real-time usage reporting.

2. What is a webcasting?

Webcasting is the use of Internet as a platform to broadcast live or recorded audio and / or video transmissions using streaming media technology, much like the traditional television and radio broadcasts. Webcasting allows the speaker to deliver his / her message or give a presentation over the Internet. The audience from anywhere in the world accessing the webcast can view and hear the event through their computers without having to leave their office or home.

3. Why do companies Webcast?

Webcast can deliver messages or a local event to a global audience and allows people in other geographical locations to view your event. It can help companies to save cost, increase revenue and improve productivity.

4. Can I customize the presentation and brand it with my company's logo?  

Yes.  We work with you to create an environment for your online events, which is branded in your companys colours and logo.  You can include additional links, such as a agenda, speaker biographies, share a link and file downloads. We can customize the user interface according to your needs.

5. Can I keep an archive of the presentation for future viewing?

Yes.  We can provide an online archive of an event or recorded presentation for on-demand access by your audience.

Hyperlinks can be included the webcast presentation page to give viewers the options to ask questions, provide feedback, fill i

n survey form, take tests, give comments or indicate their interest to be contacted. An example of user interaction is a presentation webcast with a Question and Answer module built into the webcast presentation page. The viewers can ask questions online. The presenter or a moderator who receive the questions can then address those questions.

8. How can I monetize the content of my webcast?

Jupiter Innovations can help you to monetize your content by creating pay-per-view or subscription module and charge the viewers for accessing the content. You can also monetize by offering advertising and sponsorships on your webcast content.

9. How can webcasting help to save money and improve productivity for my organization?

By reducing travel and accommodation costs and lost work time for speakers and / or attendees, the amount of money and time saved can well cover the cost of the webcast. 12. What is the cost of a webcast production?

Our goal is to keep webcasting simple and affordable. We offer several webcast packages with optional add-on services to cater for the dynamic needs of our customers. All webcast packages include: One time setup fee, onsite studio console, encoding in Windows Media for up to 8 hrs in a single business day, 90 days archive and on-demand webcast hosting and delivery, assistance with webcast links integration, provision of camera and studio equipment for the entire filming.
